Présentiel
Students will learn how microbes communicate with each other and with «higher» organisms. A mini-symposium will be organized, where internal and external scientists involved in the field will present their findings.
Scientific program:
10:15 Leo Eberl: “Update on bacterial communication: New molecules, new mechanisms”
11:15 Paolina Garbeva: “Microbial inter-specific interactions”
12:15 Choong-Min Ryu: “Bacterial volatiles as airborne signals for microbes”
14:00 Choong-Min Ryu: “Sniffing bacterial volatiles for healthier plants”
15:00 Laurent Mène-Saffrané: “Metabolomics 101 - Separation and detection”
16:30 Laurent Mène-Saffrané: “Metabolomics 101 – Quantification »
