Then consider signing up for the ELSA Fribourg Negotiation Competition (ENC).

The ENC is a simulation of a negotiation process between two parties. For this purpose, two teams consisting of two law students negotiate a legal dispute. As often is the case in the professional world, the participants will have a very short amount of time to prepare their negotiations.

These simulations will be observed and evaluated by a panel of judges consisting of lawyers and university professors. Registration:
