Global Village (GV) is a one-day annual event happening
on the university of Fribourg’s campus that brings people
together from a variety of diverse cultural backgrounds to
celebrate multi ethnicity, cross culture and global
citizenship.

It is a time of festivity that strives towards promoting
peace and harmony by bridging the gaps and differences
between countries. Our goal is to give the people a
platform where they can showcase their nations through
singing, dancing, food, customs, costumes, music and
traditions.
