Mini-symposium: Sustainable Food Consumption
Welcome to the mini-symposium organized by the Food Research and Innovation Center (FRIC) at the University of Fribourg, exploring current research on Sustainable Food Consumption. This event brings together marketing scholars from universities across Switzerland to present recent research on how consumers make food choices and how more sustainable consumption patterns can be encouraged.
Through a series of research talks, the symposium will examine the behavioral, social, and market factors shaping sustainable food consumption, as well as the opportunities and challenges involved in promoting more sustainable food choices. The event provides an opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss new research findings, and foster connections among researchers interested in the transition toward more sustainable food systems.
Organized in collaboration with the Chair of Marketing and Prof. Olivier Furrer
