Very few recent studies have been performed on photoemission of Atoms and Molecules in the tender x-ray domain (2-12 keV). The high brilliance of third generation synchrotron facilities combined to the performances of the modern electron spectrometers [1, 2] allows to revisit fundamental processes at high photon energy which is interesting (i) because of the very short deep core hole lifetime (1 femtosecond or less) allowing to study the chemical bond elongation during the first hundreds of attosecond [3], (ii) because the cascade Auger effect produces multiply-charged ions inducing large Post Collision interaction [4] and strong photoelectron recapture [5], (iii) because of the large Electronic Lifetime Interferences [6-8], (iiii) because large recoil effects are responsible of Auger Doppler effect [9]. Part of my talk will be devoted to the Two Electron One Electron process measurable thanks to the high efficiency of L^-2 states production after KLL Auger [10] and to multistep ultrafast fragmentation occurring after 1sLUMO resonant excitation in HCl [11]. This result could lead to pronounced selective fragmentation after resonant excitation in the tender x-rays [12,13]. I will also show recent results on Double Core Hole spectroscopy on Neon and its hypersatellite spectrum [14]. The end of my talk will be devoted to the perspectives opened by our recent results.
