The conference convenes leading experts in international trade law, contract law, administrative and criminal law, law professors, regulators, and executives of major multinational companies.
The conference will cover the fundamentals of sanctions from Swiss, international and comparative law perspectives and give insights into the sanction implementation programs in key jurisdictions (Switzerland, the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom). The afternoon working sessions will focus on practical cases of export controls, financial sanctions, investigations, and enforcement.
