We will discuss how coming from a non-academic\nbackground influences life decisions, research paths, and resilience in the scientific\ncommunity.\n\nThis is an opportunity for students to hear from those ahead on the path, and for\nscientific staff to reflect on the journey so far.\n\nThis event is organized in collaboration with the FirstGen Network to support all\nthose studying or working in Switzerland who are the first in their families to attend\nuniversity.
