DESCRIPTION:The doughnut economic model created in 2012 by the economist Kate Raworth brings together the planetary limits necessary to maintain favourable living conditions for humanity on Earth and the minimum thresholds defined by the United Nations Development Programme to ensure the foundations of social, economic and human dignity. It is now used around the world to guide public policy and responsible business models. After a presentation of this model, the Fribourg social and responsible enterprise Frütile ("useful fruit") will present its development and success story. \n\nThis event is organised in partnership with the Friends of Rethinking Economics (FoRes) and will be held in English.
