Please join us for an introductory workshop on using Schrödinger software for computational modeling taking place on November 12th at the University of Fribourg!
In this workshop, a Schrödinger expert will guide you from your first steps using Maestro, the central interface to the Schrödinger software suite, to more individual exploration of workflows of particular interest to your specific projects, such as:
Virtual Screening
Computational Target Analysis & system preparation
Computational Structure Prediction
Molecular Dynamics applications
Lead optimization and Medicinal Chemistry design
Working with Immunotherapeutics
Additionally, we can also present and demonstrate additional advanced workflows, scientific background, and current best practices on topics of interest to the group.

Pre-Workshop Preparation
To ensure a smooth and productive experience, please complete the following steps before the workshop:
1. Create a Schrödinger Web Account: If you do not have one, please register here. This will give you access to the Schrödinger documentation and additional training material.
2. Please bring your own laptop and a computer mouse. To access Schrödinger software during the workshop, you will use a remote desktop environment accessible through your web browser (Firefox of Chrome-based). A screen resolution of 1080p or higher is recommended.
