This event will be an exploration of ways to create human-centered work environments through choosing Design Thinking as an agile and collaborative approach.

Our eminent speaker, Andreas Erbe, is the founder and managing director of Launchlabs Switzerland and has accompanied a large number of change projects and has created many innovation spaces. Andreas will discuss the strategic design of innovative work environments and the challenges they present to more conventional workspaces and on the inevitable personal and organizational changes.

The audience will also be invited to comment and challenge the topic, ask specific or general questions.
